Weekend/Holiday: False Job Description: The 340B Specialist
oversees the day-to-day operations of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
for UTMC. Ensures compliance with rules of participation through
strong compliance and monitoring activities, and program policies.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED. This employee works in a
professional office setting requiring a high degree of
professionalism and precision. It can be stressful at times. The
employee in this position is expected to deal with a variety of
tasks including customer service, phone calls, virtual and in
person meetings, and compiling and presenting reports. Occasional
travel is possible, including overnight travel. Minimum
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
required 2. Pharmacy technician certification required 3. State
board of pharmacy licensure as a certified technician 4. Minimum of
2-3 years’ experience in a compliance related role 5. Proficiency
with Microsoft Office required Preferred Qualifications: * Previous
340B / pharmacy experience preferred Conditions of Employment: To
