A full-time Math teaching position is available for the upcoming full semester, starting immediately through June 5, 2026, at a high school located in Ypsilanti, MI. This role is ideal for educators with a passion for math instruction and experience working within general education settings. Responsibilities include: - Delivering comprehensive math instruction aligned with state standards to high school students. - Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. - Assessing and monitoring student progress regularly to ensure academic growth. - Collaborating with other educators and staff to support student success. - Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and administration. Qualifications: - Active Michigan teaching certificate with a Math Endorsement. - Demonstrated experience teaching math in a general education environment, preferably at the high school level. - Strong communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students.
