Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
1st shift Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality
Technician you will be part of the Quality Control Department
supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have
strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and
effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: 1st shift Quality Technician Location:
Grand Rapids, MI Pay: 18.00 Shift: 6:45AM to 3PM Monday to Friday,
Mandatory overtime as needed. What's the Job? Perform quality
control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of
products. Inspect materials, parts, and products at different
stages of production and record observations. Test and approve raw
materials based on established quality specifications. Conduct
audits on incoming materials, process/production, and outgoing
parts. Develop and maintain logs, charts, and forms to track
quality levels and inspection data. What's Needed? High School
Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1-year experience
working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read a ruler,
scale, and micrometer accurately. Strong organizational and
problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication
