Hansons is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee and enhance operations, profitability, and the overall execution of corporate strategy in our construction division. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, durable residential exterior products. With a commitment to excellence, the General Manager will maintain Hansons' stellar reputation in roofing, siding, windows, and gutter services, meeting client expectations and driving the business forward. Develop strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Identify acquisition opportunities; oversee new ventures, including negotiations and contracts. Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levels. Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions. Promote the company in the industry, manufacturing or business community through memberships and participations in professional, civic, and service organizations. Strong leadership and consensus building skills Project management proficiency Deep understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metrics Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in managing business operations and technology Medical Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Lean Six Sigma certification beneficial Relevant state-specific construction licenses
