What You Will Be Doing:Engage and inspire Sales Center Leader, frontline sales professionals, and Independent Business Partners to pursue the BBU vision for growth.Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform and executing safety awareness programs.Create and maintain World-Class sales center(s) including best practices, route, brand, market share, and performance information to drive better execution in store.Develop core competency plans and processes for sales center team through coaching and consistent performance feedback.Be part of a team in an extraordinary organization where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every dayBuild and maintain partnerships with sales team, support Sales Center operations and cover routes when neededServing our frontline - (not from behind a desk) with the objective of driving growth of our people and of our business while achieving and maintaining a World-Class sales center.

At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical cardEqual Opportunity Employer/Disabled/Veterans
