Job Description:
Zenith Global is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our Team
in Howell, MI. This is an ON-SITE position and seeking LOCAL
candidates ONLY. BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for customer service
and sales processes for Zenith Global, LLC including customer
orders, initial customer complaints, samples, expediting, assuring
customer satisfaction, Management approved pricing of orders,
timely shipping and continuous follow-up where necessary. Support
Management's required goals in improvement of organizational
capabilities; growth opportunities, and commitment to sale, resale
and manufacturing activities to satisfy customers, by providing
excellent customer service to current and new customer base.
Improve and maintain existing Customer Relations. Support overall
operations in conjunction with HACCP and business strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Receive and handle incoming calls, emails,
and Web inquiries in timely fashion;Manage initial Customer Request
upon customer inquiry; Initiate Customer RFQ for new product and
new Customer; up to and including initiating requests based upon
Customer's Specifications;Daily publication of Sales and Purchase
Reports, and a weekly Open Order Report;Participation in 1on1
meetings as arranged by Management;Monitor order status for timely
shipment; including proactively engaging customer to ensure
inventory leaves Zenith facility upon requested customer
date;Receive, Edit and Write Up customer sales orders; Provide
Customer Reports; Assist in the resolution of Customer
deductions;Process VCF resale orders; Purchase product from
approved Vendor for Resale to VCF resale Customers; Create Customer
Invoices;Receive and Close Purchase Orders;Complete all required
documents for sales orders; up to and including, if authorized, the
coordinating shipping arrangements for customer/client;Communicate
any customer concerns as needed. Convey to Management any Early
Warning Indicators (EWI's) regarding possible customer retention
issues QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma from accredited school
with at least 5 years experience; 4 year college degree preferred;;
Excellent Customer Relationship skills; Excellent communications
skills, both verbal and written; Proficient in use of MS Office,
MAS200, CRM and Internet. This list of duties and responsibilities
