success.Consequently, we are looking for a full-time Customer
Service Representative who would like to join our team in Ithaca,
Michigan. This position requires day shift hours. Duties and
ResponsibilitiesQuoting and processing of components to customers
and answering all call inquiries Preparing material takeoffs and
shop process instructions on work orders using Micro Estimating and
Profit KeyProcess and follow up on customer ordersHandle customer
inquiries and relay concerns to the appropriate
departmentCommunicate through phone, email and face to face in a
professional mannerLiaising with customers, vendors, engineering,
outside sales, production and quality team members to ensure
customer satisfactionOther duties as assigned by Management
QualificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office outlook, word,
excelPrevious customer service experience with conflict resolution
would be considered an assetMust possess time management and strong
organizational skillsKnowledge of Anchor Danly Manufacturing
