To Qualify for this Job Posting:

• Must be from 3rd Shift Area 3 (RU / 539/540).
  • An employee must not have received a written warning for 3 months.
  • An employee must not have received a suspension/final warning for 6 months.
  • An employee must have LESS than 6 attendance points on record.
    
    Functions/Tasks:
    
    
    • Continuously monitor systems throughout shift and notify supervisor and maintenance as applicable as issues arise. Perform all documentation required for traceability and charting per work instructions.
    • Continuously monitor system for cleanliness per 5S principles and procedures.
    • Monitor safety of the line, including all personnel wearing proper safety equipment.
    • Recommend jobs to employees in the event of line stoppage and keep supervisor informed of any line problems or employee conflicts.
    • Ensure line is supplied with raw materials and racking at the beginning of shift and throughout shift as needed based on the production schedule.
    • As a team member perform housekeeping of lines and general area.
    • Become involved in problem solving and team building activities on line and participate in continuous improvement meetings.
    • Responsible to work in safe manner, utilizing all proper safety equipment, and to report unsafe conditions to their supervisor.
    • Hold employees in UET accountable to ensure compliance with published schedules, tact times/hourly rates, and quality standards. Report hourly counts and scrap issues to supervisor promptly.
    • Reduce controllable downtime.
    • Backup Group Leader responsibilities as needed.
    • Verify completion and accuracy of all production reporting, including SAP/R3 scanning transactions, traceability, downtime, labor, and scrap.
    • System Requirements - To comply with the requirements of Antolin Shelby Company: Quality and Environmental Policy Manuals, Procedures, Process Cards and Instructions and other duties as assigned.
    • Learn the OWI and DPD. How to run machines.
