We are currently in the market for the following:Electrical Engineer--Job Summary:This position will perform and coordinate electrical design and development of new equipment and the modification of existing electrical equipment, including equipment changes due to plant procedure changes.Responsibilities:- Assist in creating preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for electrical equipment- Develop engineering scope of work for plant electrical projects- Lead RCA, FMEA, and troubleshooting process for key plant electrical and instrumentations problems and failures- Interface with contractors utilized in project work, including solicitation of quotes, selection, and field direction- Prepare cost estimates and justifications for the capital plan- Research and recommend new PM procedures based on newly developed technologies- Oversee economic and operation feasibility studies on proposed electrical modifications and additions- Maintain, organize, prepare, review and revise drawings as required- Utilize SAP to purchase parts and services, review work orders, analyze reports, and manage capital projects Requirements:- Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree focused on Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology---At least 5 years in an industrial setting- Skills with Autocad, Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)-- --- Experience in instrumentation, motors, starters and VFD's, communication networks (Modbus, Modbus Plus, ControlNet, Ethernet, DeviceNet, etc)- Proven knowledge of PLC programming and process control systems preferred (ControlLogix, PLC-5 and SLC 500)
