High School Diploma
Flexible availability between the hours of 12 pm and 6 pm Monday
through Friday, Saturday hours available as needed for make-up
Willing to work In-home sessions
Ability to pass background checks
Pass a TB test
Ability to drive to and from in-home appointments
Maintain and show proof of state driver's license and auto
Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry
objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to interact with clients, including but not limited to;
bending, twisting, and moving quickly
Adult, child, and infant First Aid/CPR certified
BA/BS in psychology or related field
Experience in ABA
Relevant professional experience with behavioral health issues
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Implement treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
techniques to individuals on the Autism Spectrum on a one-on-one
Use positive reinforcement to change socially important behavior in
Diligently and consistently collect specific and appropriate
patient progress behavior data.
Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues,
supervisors, parents/guardians, patients, and community
Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
Work independently and with your supervisor to implement treatment
Complete all required training, projects, session notes, and any
other assigned task by the established deadline.
Meet all clinical and administrative deadlines including data
submission, payroll, and other assigned tasks.

Premium Pay: Until September 30th, 2022 Premium Pay ($2.35 extra
per hour) will be in effect for all direct line therapy CMH
clients. Pay: $15.00 - $21.50 per hour
