Job Title:Speech Language Pathologist Location:Clio, MI Job Description: Our school district seeks a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position. The SLP will provide services to students with communication disorders in our district's schools, primarily focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders. Job Details: Full Time (35 hours per week) Caseload:4th-12th grade Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Monitor and track student progress toward treatment goals Collaborate with other school staff members, including teachers, counselors, and administrators, to support student success Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and treatment Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student's individualized education plans Stay current with best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology Qualifications: Active Michigan SLP license Proof of ASHA certification Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and parents Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
