Job Description:

Gpac is working with a well-known Ag company to add an Agronomist to their team. A competitive compensation and benefit package will be offered to the right individual. Agronomist Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Associates degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in a Team environment and posses excellent communication skills
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or ability to learn Spanish is preferredAgronomist Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage in preparing fields for planting, growing and harvesting a quality potato crop
  • Oversee and manage scheduling irrigation and plant protection applications to fields
  • Provide general direction to planting and harvesting crews
  • Collect and accurately record field data into our data collection platform
