DescriptionIn this unique role, you will pioneer, develop and
document new procedures, controls and training for a team that
supports customers inside our digital channels. The Digital
Business Banking Relationship Specialist Sr provides welcoming
inbound support to Business Bank customers establishing
relationships with Huntington primarily through the Online Account
Opening channel. Assistance with account onboarding, establishing
online access, and setting up accounts for use are primary goals.
The specialist performs online chat with a focus on building and
broadening existing business banking relationships, explores the
customer's financial needs, refers Huntington products, and
explains features and benefits of financial solutions. In this
role, you will be able to help business customers get to
specialized teams or staff when more challenging needs arise.In
this role, you will:
- Facilitate business depository account opening by assisting
business customers, answering questions, and assisting with tasks
like uploading documentation
- Provide off-line, email support for customers in the account
opening process
- Provide occasional phone contact support for customers in the
in the account opening process
- Develop and document procedures, controls and training for a
team that supports customers interacting with Huntington via
digital channels
- Provide real-time, chat support for digital products and
services offered to Business Bank customers.
- Researches and resolves complex problems regarding service
activities and operational issues specific to deposit account
opening.
- Anticipate customer needs to support first contact
resolution
- Assist multiple customers simultaneously via chat
- Focused attention to customer data and details when completing
tasks
- Suggest bank products and services when needed and connect
customer to appropriate colleague.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products,
services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and
procedures.
- Refer lending and treasury management opportunities to
qualified bankers while following all regulatory requirements
- Ensure departmental service level standards are met
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures while managing
reputational risk by complying with risk standards
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services,
technology, and regulations.
- Exemplify core values everyday Basic Qualifications * High
School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years combined of experience in a high-volume administrative
or clerical support role, banking, and/or customer service
rolePreferred Qualifications
- Demonstrating dependability with attendance history and
currently not on any form of Written Warning
- Customer Solution Center Service, Online Technical Experience
and/or Business Bank Customer Support
- Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at once
- Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills,
including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
- Desired candidates will have a strong referral record or a
'plus one' approach to looking out for customers and optimizing
relationships
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, various internet browsers
and/or a cursory understanding of Quicken/QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience with tech support in any capacity
- Experience with Live Agent/Salesforce chat
