Other duties may be assigned.Welcome and check in patients in person and on the phoneObtain patient demographics carefully and accuratelyProtect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial informationAssists in keeping work area and patient waiting areas clean Collects co-paysSUPPORTS MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE CORPORATION.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEOne year certificate from college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK ENVIRONMENTWorks indoors and near others. Environment may vary from quiet to noisy or distracting.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
