Join our team as a Physical Therapist
This is a Full Time position that will primarily support
oupatient patients Monday - Friday primarily at our Oscoda Health
Park. May also also need to cover at the Tawas Harbor Health
Center on occasion. Weekend and Holiday rotation for acute
care at Ascension St. Joseph

What You Will Do:
Conduct medically prescribed physical
therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.
What You Will Need:
- Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care
written by a physical therapist.
- Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills
as appropriate for the patient population.
- Document treatment interventions given.
- May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students
and other support personnel.
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst
credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy obtained
prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
No additional preferences.
