As a leader in Supply Chain, you will be responsible for
supervising and leading a team of individual contributors for one
of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain Organization:
manufacturing/ warehouse operations, supply chain systems and
processes, launch execution and scheduling and material
You will act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering,
warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers to resolve
issues and to provide support.
The Lean Warehousing Organization (LWO) is looking for a
detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to monitor our current
operations and determine more efficient production processes. The
Industrial Engineer's responsibilities include analyzing
operations, designing workflows and production processes and
reducing inefficiency.The position is required to design efficient
systems that integrate workers, information, machines and materials
to provide superior services.
Provide input, support and jointly develop long term capacity /
operational business plan. Work with local business units to insure
that resources are available to execute to the plan. Drive the
implementation of common global processes, policies. Responsible to
foster the culture of continuous improvement and best practice
sharing and implementation.
Identify and execute "Step Function Strategy" to improve
Develop the most efficient ways to utilize people, machines,
materials and information
Assist operations to increase productivity.
Optimize methods of business organization.
Perform mathematical calculations to determine operational
Design methods to ensure product quality.
Resolve operational problems.
Study and rearrange material flow, and operations sequence.

Standardize common floor processes
Determine all operational methods according to required work
standards and analyze all information to resolve specific issues

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and recommend
changes to layout and maintain control on all labor and material

provide support to all SPQRC processes and ensure achievement of
all safety and cost objectives.
Train Warehouse staff for standardization on newly implemented
processes. This can include developing instructions and manuals for
aggregate and summarize information from a variety of sources
and communicate findings as appropriate.
Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that
awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and
inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from
established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches
and recommends solutions.
