Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a full time Retirement Benefits Representative role with an industry leading, Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company, in Midland, MI.--Responsibilities:Serve as first point of contact for Tier 2 cases coming from external benefit partners through the benefit system, ServiceNow, etc.-- Works to resolve US Retirement cases for active employees and retirees through research, analyzing plan documents, and expertise.-- Work includes:-- Reviewing, researching, and resolving various cases related to pension, 401(k), and other related benefits and coverages.---- Leverage end to end process documentation, procedures, work instructions, Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve cases and inquiries. Should cases be beyond the expertise of this role, escalation will occur to the internal Benefits Representative for review and resolution.---- The role requires being able to fully utilize multiple systems/software programs, as well as strong comprehension skills needed for reviewing, understanding, and applying complex plan document language.--Additional responsibilities include:--- Weekly death reporting for 401(k)--- Weekly lost shareholder updates--- Fidelity monthly reporting--- Plan expense invoices--- Subpoenas--Due to the high volume of responses anticipated, only qualified candidates will be contacted.This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
