That’s where YOU come in. We are hiring a full-time baker to join our team. The main role of the Baker is to efficiently deliver high-quality and consistent baked goods. This person is part of a team that produces a wide range of products, per our recipes. Some of the expectations of a full time Baker are: Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude Following recipes closely to maintain high quality and consistency Arriving to work on time and ready to start the day Asking questions when unsure about anything Adhering to ServSafe food safety protocols Working in an organized and autonomous fashion Bringing a willingness to learn and collaborate with others Working with a sense of urgency, within designated and reasonable time frames Seeking out new assignments and responsibilities Training is provided, so previous baking experience is not required, but could be helpful. We believe in the 100%-100% Trainer-Trainee relationship, meaning our expectations will be clearly outlined for you, with proper resources given for you to succeed in this new position. We also expect new employees to take responsibility for the effectiveness of their training. Bakers work standing and walking in short bursts for extended periods of up to hours at a time. They use repetitive hand movements, and frequently lift weights up to 25 pounds. They may occasionally lift weights from 10-50 pounds, to heights of 10 to 72 inches. Degree not required.
