FULL-SERVICE -RESTAURANT MANAGER: Birch Run, MIWe are searching for a great Restaurant Manager that doesn't just talk the talk, but can walk the walk in the Birch Run, MI area!
Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: We are searching for a Restaurant Manager who can take decisive action, with strong leadership to achieve excellent results. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant. Duties will include but are not limited to staffing, scheduling and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor cost according to company policy and assisting in administrative functions. If you have strong leadership and people skills and a passion for hospitality, we are serious about speaking with you about becoming a member of our management team.
Salary: $55,000 -- $65,000 + MONTHLY BONUS!
Benefits: -Bonus is 13 times per fiscal year -Bonus Eligibility each period. ($8K - $26k) -CLOSED: NY Day, Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day -PAID DAYS off! -45 Hour Scheduled Week twice each MONTH! -10 days paid vacation first year, 20 by 5th year, 25 days by 10th year! -Great -Insurance- Health, Dental, PT0 and 401K available!
Qualifications: - 3+ years of high volume kitchen experience - Passion for developing and mentoring people - Proven track record of achieving financial results - High degree of honesty, integrity and guest oriented philosophy - Open availability to work a mixed of mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule.
