    • Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff
    • Open and close the store according to policy and as directed
    • Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling
    • Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations
    • Organize and maintain sales floor and displays
    • Maintain standard of backroom layout to ensure efficiency.
    • Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals
    • Delegate essential tasks
    • Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and proceduresThink you've got what it takes? -
      • High school diploma or GED required.
      • Minimum of one years' retail or customer service experience (or related type work with supervisory experience)
      • Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
      • Can you demonstrate strong management skills?
      • Can you lift and carry -35 pounds with or without help?
      • Can you -reach, bend or stoop?
      • Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
      • Do you have a -drivers license and reliable transportation to get to work and training?
      • Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
