Summary:Provides clerical and data entry support to the department.
Maintains daily correspondence and documentation as assigned.
Responsible for generating weekly and monthly departmental reports.
Maintains, tracks, and reports on administrative functions as
assigned. Assists department with special projects as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Opens, sorts, reviews
and stamps daily departmental mail and faxes.2. Generates specific
reports3. Researches and coordinates the collection and analysis of
data related to departmental responsibilities.4. Completes filing,
data entry, logging of all departmental documentation and processes
are assigned.5. Provides support for departmental
committees/functions.6. Maintains a positive working environment
and willing provides assistance as needed or directed without
substantial deviation.7. Orders departmental supplies.8. Maintains
department files in an orderly fashion.9. Photocopies business
related materials and maintains training and reference binders.10.
Assists with processing claims of low complexity on a daily
basis.11. Other duties as assigned or when necessary to maintain
efficient operations of the department and the Company as a
whole.*** Looking at Temp to Perm contractors as well to work a
full 13 weeks and convert to a McLaren Employee. Pay starts at ***
per hour, but is variable based on experience****** This is a 52%
