Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH Full-Time or PRN | On-Site | Ohio OTA License Required Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents restore independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in a supportive, resident-focused environment in Sylvania, Ohio.
