Job Description:
Job Description McLaren Flint hospital located in Flint,
Michigan, is recruiting a Physiatrist for an established service
line that has supported the surrounding community for over 20
years. You will join two additional board-certified Physiatrists
who provide both inpatient and outpatient services. Job
responsibilities would include providing inpatient services:
consultations, admissions, and patient evaluations for the 20-bed
rehabilitation unit. This also includes providing outpatient
services consisting of diagnostic ultrasound, EMG’s and fluoroscopy
guided injections amongst other procedures at our outpatient
physical medicine clinic. Outpatient clinic complimented with PT,
OT and Speech Therapy clinics on-site. Inpatient rehabilitation and
outpatient clinic are located on the same campus. This position
offers Monday through Friday scheduling with 1:4 call. Daily
inpatient volumes average 16 patients. This dynamic and busy
service line offers a highly collegial dyad support model that
includes the physicians, Medical Director, and Program Director for
the service. Candidates with fellowship training or an interest in
Pain Management will be considered for program development.

Facility Highlights McLaren Flint is a 378-bed tertiary teaching
facility located in Flint, Michigan, serving the medical needs of
residents in greater Genesee County and Mideast Michigan. McLaren
Flint is affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human
Medicine in its medical residency programs including family
practice, internal medicine, general surgery, and orthopedic
surgery. McLaren Flint also maintains fellowship programs in
clinical health psychology, vascular surgery, minimally invasive
surgery, and cardiology in partnership with MSU. The hospital is
