Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: Grand Rapids, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for a regional MFM program based in Grand Rapids, Michigan . This role combines clinical leadership and direct patient care , overseeing high-risk obstetric services while working closely with OB/GYN and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The position includes an active clinical practice managing complex maternal-fetal cases , along with responsibility for program oversight, quality initiatives, and provider mentorship . Care is primarily outpatient with inpatient consultative coverage , no primary trauma responsibility , and no routine operative/OR ownership in a collaborative, well-established practice environment. Shift Timings Schedule: Full-time, weekday coverage Call: Structured, shared call rotation OR: Consultative support only; no scheduled OR block Requirements Board Certified OB/GYN – Required Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine – Required Minimum 5 years Maternal Fetal Medicine experience (post-training) – Required Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA, BLS, ACLS – Active or able to obtain Clean malpractice history Benefits Competitive physician compensation Sign-on bonus Relocation, travel & lodging support CME & licensure assistance Malpractice insurance with tail Comprehensive benefits & retirement plan
