Job Description:

hospice agencies. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff and ensure that our
patients receive unparalleled care in a supportive and
compassionate environment. The Nurse Supervisor will play a
critical role in managing our nursing operations, maintaining
clinical standards, and enhancing patient outcomes. Oversee the
daily operations of nursing services and staff. Implement and
monitor compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate patient care with other medical and administrative
units. Develop and enforce effective patient care protocols. Manage
staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure a
high level of patient satisfaction and care. Act as a liaison
between nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare
management systems and relevant software. In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Ability to handle
high-pressure situations and make swift decisions. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered
nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar certifications
preferred.
