be considered. Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a stepdown
setting, focusing on continuous patient assessment and intervention
to promote optimal outcomes. This role requires collaboration with
a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care
plans, ensuring each patient receives attentive, evidence-based
treatment. Leadership skills are essential as you will delegate
tasks and guide support staff while maintaining compliance with
healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and ongoing patient assessments to determine
nursing care needs based on physician orders and evidence-based
practices. Provide direct patient care including administering
medications, performing treatments, educating patients, responding
to call lights, assisting with patient transfers, and responding to
alarms. Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, suggesting
modifications or participating in care plan revisions to enhance
patient outcomes. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable local,
state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Serve as a team leader and resource, coordinating with
interdisciplinary team members to establish and meet patient care
goals. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN licensure
with experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing. Proficient
in medication administration and clinical interventions. Strong
critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to lead and
mentor support staff effectively. Knowledge of healthcare
