Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical Intensive Care Unit Location: Midland, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,204 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified MICU RN in Midland, Michigan, 48670! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:42 PM - 7:12 AM) Experience: 2 years of SICU experience required, Open Heart trained required. License: Active state nursing license required. Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS required. Must-Have: 2 years of SICU experience, Open Heart trained, BLS and ACLS certifications. Description: This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post-operative critical care functions. The nursing process is applied intuitively while using a broad nursing knowledge in a caring and concerned manner. Responsibilities include assessing patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support. Organizing and coordinating all aspects of patient care according to the patient’s real and/or perceived needs is crucial. Evaluating patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge helps determine if goals are being met according to the patient’s plan of care or clinical path. Consulting and collaborating with members of the healthcare team is essential in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals. Candidates must have Epic EMR experience preferred and prior travel assignment history preferred.
