registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. This role focuses on providing specialized nursing
care in the operating room environment, ensuring patient safety and
effective surgical outcomes. The nurse will be responsible for
assessing patient needs before and during surgical procedures,
creating and adjusting individualized care plans, and delivering
leadership within the OR team. Key Responsibilities: Assess
surgical patients needs and design personalized care plans;
implement and evaluate interventions during procedures with an
emphasis on patient safety. Supervise operating room activities,
anticipate scheduling changes, prepare equipment and supplies,
assist anesthesia providers, and monitor the sterile field. Serve
as a communication hub among patients, families, physicians, OR
team members, supervisors, and ancillary departments. Engage in
professional development through preceptorship, continuing
education, staff meetings, and seminars that promote leadership and
clinical growth. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Registered
Nurse licensure with Operating Room (OR) nursing experience. Strong
assessment and critical thinking skills specific to surgical care.
Ability to lead and coordinate team activities in a fast-paced
surgical environment. Excellent communication skills with patients,
families, and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to ongoing
