Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months between Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hurley Medical Center Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Skills: IV therapy, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, CVVHD/CRRT, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Sheath Removal, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, IV insulin protocols. Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience. Skills: Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
