Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Job Title: Chronic Pain
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Job Summary: Insight is

Provider (APP) to work with staff and physicians to support the
delivery of patient care second to none in our Chronic Pain

Practitioner / Physicians Assistant will be responsible for caring
for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and
administering follow-up appointments to patients Benefits for our

Indemnity, AD&D, etc. Duties: - Interview and examine patients
to determine a diagnosis. - Performing physical exams and patient
observations. - Consulting with healthcare professionals and
families. - Order tests to ascertain the nature and extent of
illnesses and injuries. - Administer and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Diagnosing health issues. - Recommending medicine and other
treatments. - Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle changes
to remedy medical problems. - Recording patients' medical histories
and symptoms. - Maintain patient records and provide documentation
for insurance companies. - Creating patient care plans and
contributing to existing ones. - Detecting changes in patients'
health and modifying treatment plans, as needed. - Training
patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and
injury. Qualifications: - Master's degree from an accredited
nursing or physicians assistant program. - Previous experience
within Pain, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Neurosurgery field or
related work environment is preferred - Appropriate healthcare and
professional licensure in the state where employed or a compact
party state and board-certified - APN authorization in the state
where employed to practice in family health by the Board of Nurse
Examiners. - Prescriptive authorization. - Knowledge of
computer-based data management programs and information systems, as
well as medical records and point-of-interview technology. - A
sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations,
including HIPAA and OSHA. - Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. - Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful
environment while maintaining positive energy. - Willingness to
participate in goal-setting and educational activities for
professional advancement. - Able to work compassionately with
patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none -
Demonstrates enthusiasm and drive. - Detailed oriented,
conscientious and committed to precision in work results. - Ability
