Job Description Permanent Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join our dynamic team at a leading medical center in Dearborn, MI! We are seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance our anesthetic services in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Job Responsibilities: - Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during surgical procedures and obstetrical deliveries. - Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings. - Collaborate with the anesthesia, surgeon, and perioperative teams to determine appropriate interventions. - Provide airway management and intubations as needed. - Ensure complete and accurate documentation of care for all procedures. - Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication standards. - Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. - Educate staff, colleagues, patients, and families as necessary. - Demonstrate personal accountability by upholding team standards and adhering to health policies. - Support the professional development of peers and colleagues. Qualifications: - Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). - Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses. - At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training). - Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain). - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain). - Clean malpractice and license history. - Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers. License and Certification Requirements: - Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty License. - Board Certification by AANA. - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. - Up-to-date COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations.
