Shift: 8 hours (06:30 - 15:00) Experience: Minimum of 6 months of
inpatient pharmacy tech experience License: State License required
Certifications: Certification required Must-Have: Sterile
compounding experience strongly preferred Description: Position
available for Inpatient Pharmacy Tech. Candidates with sterile
compounding experience are strongly preferred. The position is for
a day shift with hours from 06:30 to 15:00. A minimum of 6 months
of experience is required. First-time candidates are welcome to
apply. A state license is required for eligibility. Weekend work is
required every other week. On-call duty is not required. Candidate
must not float outside their scope to meet facility needs. Local
candidates are accepted, with no specific radius rule. All requests
for time off must be submitted at the time of profile submission.
Experience with Pyxis is required. Scrub colors are not assigned,
although grey is commonly chosen by staff. Completion of required
modules is necessary before the start of employment. Modules are
non-billable and vary by specialty.
