Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Radiology
to lead their radiology practice and drive proactive healthcare
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the radiology team,
ensuring quality and efficiency in clinical operations
Lead clinical quality initiatives and maintain a personal clinical
load through image interpretation and patient consultations
Oversee radiologist recruiting, training, and professional
development while fostering a culture of excellence and
innovation
Required Qualifications
M.D. or equivalent medical degree; board certification in Radiology
required
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site
radiology practice or health system
Proven experience leading and scaling distributed clinical
teams
Strong business acumen with formal training in business, public
health, or health administration preferred
Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, PACS, and healthcare IT
systems
