TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Flint, Michigan, 48503 Pay Information $2,038 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical level experience required License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience in a rehab setting and the ability to work every other weekend Job Description: - Work in a rehab unit with 13 beds, handling a patient ratio of 4/5:1. - Manage surgical patients in a 15-bed unit with a 4:1 ratio, caring for those from the OR who stay a night or two. - Rehab patients are typically those from acute care needing inpatient rehab qualifications. - Collaborate with patients undergoing PT/OT/SLP for at least 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Occasionally work with pediatric patients in a modified care setting. - Be prepared to float within scope as needed. Additional Information: - Modules are completed onsite and must be completed annually via HealthStream. - Compliance labs must be conducted within 72 hours of signing an offer. - Blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed; accommodation may be attempted but not promised. - Local candidates are those living within a 75-mile radius.
