Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty.
- BLS certification.Work Schedule and TypeTBDPer Diem As Needed
