The Home Therapy Program is provided under the direction of the attending physician by the Speech Therapist with participation by the family, nurse, or other responsible person, as necessary. About You:

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensed and in good standing in state in which he/she will practice.
• Minimum of two years' work experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting required.
• Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Certificate of clinical competence (CCC).
• Knowledge of speech therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies appropriate for terminally ill patients.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the Patient & families.
