Physical Therapist - Flint/Genesee County PRN $1500 Bonus after 150
productive, clinical hours are generated and documented! Are you a

puts people first.NeuroRestorative Michigan is seeking a dynamic
part-time PT. With an office based in Auburn Hills, this position
serves participants in Genesee County and the surrounding
communities. This autonomous and professional role includes:
providing home based assessments and interventions, supervision of
PTAs, and clinical collaboration with team. This position offers
flexible scheduling and remote home access for planning and
documentation, when appropriate. Deliver rehabilitation services
for those who have sustained a TBI, SCI, orthopedic injury and/or
other neurologic compromise. Assess program participants through
appropriate evaluation procedures and develop written treatment
plans for each. Administer appropriate treatment programs and
communicate program participant needs to appropriate staff,
including HEPs and DME recommendations. Provide needed
re-evaluation and programmatic changes as necessary. Maintain
timely and appropriate administrative and department documentation.
Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, licensure standards,
professional code of ethics, and confidentiality. Attend
programmatic meetings as requested for team reports, policy
setting, and exchange of information; attend other appropriate
meetings/conferences as needed. Attend clinical meetings to
exchange, discuss, and evaluate participant treatment programs.
Serve on rehabilitation treatment team(s), communicating with
physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants,
families, and community resources to ensure effectiveness of
physical therapy program. Supervise PTAs per delegation protocols
and review documentation. Offer peer review of Utilization
