Job Description:

nursing assignment.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
--- 24 months of Operating Room experience is required.
--- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must have a Michigan license in hand at the time of
application.
--- This role may require floating to additional units and
locations
--- Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility
in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this
role.
--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and
medical declinations accepted.
--- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical,
and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Information:
Shift: No Guaranteed Hours. Every Other Weekend.
Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience preferred, also ability to work in
various services (General, Neuro, Vascular, Ortho, GYN, ENT).
Manager will consider with less than 2 years if they meet other
necessary requirements.
BLS must be AHA.
Maximum days off: 7 days
2 references from last 24 months (Nurse Manager reference type)
