Summary
MyMichigan Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation has an exciting new opportunity for an NP/PA to join their team in Alma and Midland, Michigan. This APP will work collaboratively with one physician and one advanced practice provider.

This full-time position is Monday-Friday with traditional office hours. There is no call or holiday requirements at this time. There will be a mix of inpatient and outpatient work, with its primary location being MyMichigan Medical Center Midland.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, completing consults and coordinating care for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation service line and seeing follow-up patients in the clinic. There is a robust onboarding and training program as well as a formal mentorship program to ensure that the APP is set up for success.
