Description:The Grocery Team Leader is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service by the entire Grocery department. They are responsible for managing the department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. They will ensure all Grocery Team Members receive proper training and supervision. The Team Leader will ensure the highest level of execution in regards to ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, merchandising and building of displays.Who you are:You model and provide exceptional Guest Service.You are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with hard deadlines, and wish to continuously learn and grow your capabilities.You are eager to collaborate with your team leader to make your department the best it can possibly be.You value inclusion and work to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and every voice is heard.You are innovative and have the courage to pursue new ideas.You love a challenge and the satisfaction that comes from meeting it.You inspire people to want to be their best selves. What you will bring:Ability to manage multiple detailed and consistently updated essential documents simultaneously, including order guides, logs, SOPs, and further.Ability to collaborate closely with Team Leader on any and all issues related to purchasing, project execution, and conditions on the sales floor.Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.Excellent communication skills.Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break - we work on the floor, and alongside our team.Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted. What you will do: Give exceptional Service to our Guests.Help other Team Members in the department. Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, Store Leadership and Director Group. Adhere to all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
