```Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant/ Account manager/ Controller, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing our accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. As a Senior Acountant, you will be instrumental in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accounting departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Purchasing, and others.Ensure accurate and timely government reporting, including Quarterly 941, UIA, W2, 1095C, 1099, and other required filings.Close the month and generate monthly Profit & Loss statements.Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the CFO, and maintain and present weekly budget updates.Coordinate with the CPA for year-end financial statements.Perform financial risk assessments and conduct internal audits.Identify and correct inefficiencies within financial processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and leadership skills.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsComprehensive health insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesby Jobble
