Community Advisor / Sales Representative - Multi-Site Leisure
Living Senior Communities
Position Summary:
The Community Advisor / Sales Representative is a sales
professional responsible for driving and producing revenue. The
Community Advisor / Sales Representative is responsible for
increasing community awareness, establishing strong referral
partnerships, and increasing occupancy levels in a multi-site
region of our senior living communities. By creating and following
a strategic sales plan, the ideal candidate will drive referrals to
the community, manage the sales funnel, and create urgency by
following a sales process with prospects to achieve revenue goals.
This position may require up to 75% regional travel. Community
sites may vary based on demand.
