Its not at all like the fast-paced in-and-out of other hospitals, restaurants, and hotels.Heres what youll do when you join us:+ + Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance.
  • Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork.
  • Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers.
  • Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met.
  • Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies. Develop plans for correction based on notes during the inspection and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus programs and services.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor the performance of the facility in relation to budget, and intervene as needed.If you have these qualifications, wed love to chat:+ + Bachelors degree in related field
