JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:

  • Being responsible for everything that happens during your shift
  • Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • You must set the example
  • You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
  • Also for staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing and profitabilityOperate all equipmentStock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in coolerPrepare productReceive and process telephone ordersTake inventory and complete associated paperworkClean equipment and facility dailyEstimate food and beverage costsWork with franchise office staff for efficient provisioning and purchasing of suppliesSupervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize wasteEstimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of food and suppliesEnsure positive customer service in all areasRespond to complaints taking any and all appropriate actions to turn a dissatisfied customer into a customer for lifeEnsure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assetsEnsure a safe working and customer environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidentsManage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanlinessInvestigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and serviceProvide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issuesDevelop employees by providing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviewsMaintain an accurate and up to date plan of staffing needsPrepare schedules and ensure that the store is staffed for all shifts
