machinery manufacturer that designs and builds complex, custom
equipment for industrial and manufacturing customers. Their success

with strong production coordination. They are seeking a Production
Planning Administrator with hands-on experience in industrial or
machinery-based manufacturing environments to support production
planning, documentation, ERP accuracy, and material coordination.
This role sits at the center of the operation — bridging the shop

Production & Pre-Planning (Industrial Machinery Focus) Prepare and
complete all pre-production documentation to initiate industrial
machine builds Review work orders to understand machine
configurations, setup requirements, and material specifications ERP
/ MRP System Management Enter, update, and maintain job orders in
the ERP/MRP system Ensure data accuracy aligned with custom machine
build schedules Workflow & Scheduling Coordinate daily and weekly
production workflows for industrial equipment builds Prioritize
jobs to minimize downtime and support on-time delivery Work Orders
& Material Coordination Print, scan, and distribute production and
shipment schedules to shop floor teams Review material requirements
and ensure availability for scheduled machine builds Reporting &
Documentation Maintain organized physical and digital records of
work orders Review production and inventory reports to identify
bottlenecks or risks Communicate issues proactively to production
and management teams Required Experience & Skills Industrial /
Machinery Experience Required to Move Forward 3 years of experience
in an industrial machinery, capital equipment, or custom
manufacturing environment Experience supporting machine builds,
tooling, or engineered products Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP
systems Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to read and
interpret manufacturing work orders and production documentation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Professional
communication skills Strong commitment to safety and quality
standards Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Regular
interaction with production floor teams Standing, walking, bending,
and lifting up to 50 lbs Compliance with all safety and PPE
