We’re looking for a Tooling Specialist who enjoys hands-on work, precision, and being part of a company that is growing, investing, and promoting from within . What You’ll Be Doing Prepare, inspect, assemble, and maintain tooling used in precision manufacturing and machine builds Clean, organize, and stage tooling to support machine builders and engineers Identify worn or damaged tooling and coordinate repairs or replacements Work closely with engineering, quality, and build teams to ensure tooling accuracy Maintain organized tooling inventory and documentation Support machine tryouts, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For Experience in tooling, machining, or mechanical assembly environments Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, organized workspaces Ability to read basic prints or follow tooling instructions Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring equipment Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and work ethic Transferable Backgrounds We Encourage to Apply If your title isn’t “Tooling Specialist” but your experience aligns, we want to talk.
