Rapids, MI Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

experienced Maintenance Technicians. These organizations value

routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and
machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical,
hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execute repairs and replacements
of faulty components to minimize downtime. Install, calibrate, and
test new production equipment. Maintain accurate records of all
maintenance activities and parts inventory. Adhere to all safety
regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
and reliability. Recommended Qualifications Strong electrical and
mechanical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with PLC systems,
hydraulics, and pneumatics. Proven experience in a manufacturing or
industrial maintenance setting. Ability to read and interpret
schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Knowledge of safety
protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Bonus
Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Welding and fabrication skills. Experience utilizing a Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS). HVAC system maintenance and
