Reliability & Maintenance Manager at our Grand Rapids Plant, you’ll
lead the strategy for maintenance planning and
reliability—maximizing uptime, efficiency, and asset performance
across one of our most critical sites. Your leadership will shape
plant-wide decisions, optimize costs, and elevate safety standards,
making your impact both visible and lasting. We’re offering a

day one. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Drive Reliability Strategy
– Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve
equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget
effectively. Plan & Execute Maintenance – Lead preventive and
predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and
advanced CMMS tools. Champion Safety Excellence – Strengthen
site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for
compliance and protection. Develop High-Performing Teams – Manage
supervisors, skilled trades, and support staff while driving
training and capability building. Leverage Technology – Utilize
modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D
printing is a plus. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field 10
years of experience in plant maintenance or reliability leadership
Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance budgeting Proven success
implementing TPM, RCM, FMEA, and predictive/preventive maintenance
strategies Experience managing large teams of salaried and hourly
employees Strong track record in developing and sustaining safety
programs Compensation The annual salary range is $109,280 -
$143,430, which is based on various factors such as location,
experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and
