Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A dedicated opportunity is available for three
full-time Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students
within a Michigan public school district. These positions focus on
providing specialized instruction in classrooms designed for
students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cognitive
Impairments (CI), spanning elementary grade levels. Location:
Ypsilanti, MI Start Date: Immediate placement through June 5, 2026
Schedule: Full-time Grade Levels & Caseloads: - Elementary ASD and
CI classrooms - One position supports 2nd/3rd grade classrooms -
One position supports 4th/5th grade classrooms Qualifications &
Experience: - Active Michigan Special Education license with
Cognitive Impairment (CI) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
endorsement required - Experience working with students with ASD
and/or CI preferred - Ability to design individualized instruction
and behavior plans aligned with student IEPs - Skilled in
collaborative communication with families and multidisciplinary
teams - Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction
capabilities Responsibilities: - Deliver tailored educational
programs to meet diverse student needs - Monitor and document
student progress while modifying instruction accordingly - Foster a
supportive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with
staff to implement best practices in special education -
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and
