Clean Harbors, a North American leader in environmental and industrial services, is seeking an experienced Foreman in Industrial Services to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is pivotal in supervising our operational teams and projects, focusing on hazardous waste disposal, emergency spill response, and industrial cleaning. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical skills, and a passion for environmental stewardship to enhance our mission of protecting the environment. Supervise and lead teams in daily operations in hazardous waste management and industrial cleaning services. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Manage resources and logistics to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high safety standards. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Coordinate with other managers and departments to enhance operational synergy and performance. Monitor job execution and perform site inspections to ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Provide timely and detailed reports on service operations and project status to upper management. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project and team management Knowledge of environmental policies and waste disposal regulations Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational issues Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification First Aid and CPR certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
